Certain features of our Service require payment. By purchasing a subscription or credits:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• All purchases are final unless otherwise stated

9. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at andy@lenormand.life within 14 days of your purchase.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Service provides entertainment and spiritual guidance only. Lenormand readings should not be used as a substitute for professional advice in legal, financial, medical, psychological, or other matters requiring expert consultation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tarotap Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting a notice on our Service or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
